NASHVILLE RECORDING ARTIST CHOOSES NOW HEAR THIS

Recording artist/singer-songwriter Vickie Raye is now being booked by Now Hear This.  The announcement adds to the client roster a versatile and talented music veteran with highly impressive credentials.

Now Hear This President Bruce Wawrzyniak enthusiastically stated, “This is an extremely exciting development.  I am most grateful and very much looking forward to the opportunity to work with Vickie to keep her and her music out in the public conscience.”

Raye already has radio airplay and her performance background shows why she deserves where she is today.

NOW ON YOUTUBE

For the benefit of both our clients as well as the potential host sites where they may be playing, Now Hear This is launching its own YouTube channel.

A soft launch had recently taken place of www.youtube.com/watchNHT and now Bruce Wawrzyniak, the Now Hear This president, has said – incorporating his company’s name – that it’s time for people to “hear (about) this.”

TRANSITIONING TO A NEW YEAR

The calendar change is fitting because Now Hear This itself has also been undergoing a transformation.  The good news is that these are all progressive developments that represent advancements from not only a year ago, but from when the company was founded almost seven years ago.

The new year comes in with new Now Hear This clients, notably Tony Caruso as well as a duo called Aurora.  Enthusiasm abounds both from our side and theirs for promotion of their talents.

NATIONAL TV EXPOSURE

Now Hear This has secured a national TV exposure opportunity for singer/songwriter Melissa Brethauer, as well as additional media who are writing about her and/or her CD.

Daytime, which is aired in more than 110 TV markets across the U.S., taped a show on Friday that includes an interview with Melissa, followed by her performing one of the songs from her debut CD, “Waiting.”

The show will air on Tuesday (August 31) at 10am Eastern time.

ON THE AIR

The Now Hear This company tagline of “Promoting Vocal Talent” has been turned inward as its president, Bruce Wawrzyniak, will be featured on broadcasts of Orlando Titans game this season.

Mr. Wawrzyniak will serve as the color commentator on the home games televised by the Bright House Sports Network and in the same capacity for non-TV games on the ESPN Radio affiliate in Orlando (1080 AM The Team).

NHT WEBSITE RE-LAUNCHES

Just in time for the start of a new month - which, as time flies, will soon be followed by the start of a new year - comes a new look for now-hear-this.net.

Said Now Hear This President Bruce Wawrzyniak, "We want very much to remain in the background and have our clients to be at the forefront of who our various audiences focus on.  However, there is an obvious reality in needing to maintain a modest yet professional image for Now Hear This through our website as much as through our other presentation vehicles and good old fashioned human interaction.

NHT DIVERSIFYING

Like the diversity of its clients and the genres that their music spans, Now Hear This is expanding its horizons.  Spurred on by having branched out with a non-music-related product launch in late 2008, the West Central Florida-based company has recently done work for a health-care non-profit and is in talks with a potential new client that is also outside the scope of the music industry.  NHT President Bruce Wawrzyniak said, “The endeavor late last year seemed at the time like a special exception.  However, early in 2009 when someone accompanying a Now Hear This client start

CLIENT'S DEBUT CD IS OUT!

Now Hear This worked closely with vocalist client Melissa Brethauer as well as Crystal Blue Sound Studios and the other vendors involved in the release of the singer/songwriter's debut CD (pictured below), which was released in late October.  In addition, a significant distribution deal was secured.  Full details on that and other developments surrounding the artist are on her website, which is maintained by Now Hear This.
