Notable Guest Quotes

"I think a lot of us need that extra boost of support and encouragement, whether we say it out loud or not."

"I think if you don't (add supporting visuals to a lyric video) it's kind of a wasted opportunity to reinforce your message that you're trying to get across in the music."

"I have a lot of music.  I have a lot that I want to give to the world musically and artistically."

"With a little determination, anybody would be able to just - with enough effort - figure out a way to make a digital booklet.  It takes some technical know-how, but, it's possible.  These tools are made to make these things easy enough for people to do."

"At the end of the day... if you're struggling in executing the vision that you have and you would be better suited to bring someone on to do it, then do that.  I think it's important to do whatever is strongest for the art, as opposed to just saying, 'Well, I want to do it because I'm gonna do it'!"

"I kind of had a conversation with myself at the beginning of the year to say, this year I just need to pour everything that I have into this dream and this passion of mine and really just throw everything at the wall; with direction, of course, not aimlessly, but really just go hard for it."

"I don't like to wait on people to execute my vision... I think the issue with when you work with other producers, or engineers, sometimes you have to wait on them to get either inspired or motivated... you're at the mercy of their schedule, which can be really frustrating when you just want to go and you just want to do this.  And it sucks to be in a position to just wait."

"For me it's much more organic producing and writing as opposed to just one.  I don't think that works for everybody."

"I was classically trained on the piano, I think from about 12 years old."

"I had an attraction to the stage, to the theater, maybe the costumes and if I had to isolate it, probably the emotional storytelling of it because I think that's what carries over into just who I am as an artist.  I just love the vulnerability of what music, I think, should be, and musical theater really allows the actor, or performer, to tap into that."

"I still feel like acting provides a medium to express yourself differently than you can through music."
